Today we’re talking about Fausta Tistarelli, the new generation of the Frantoio.
Raised in a family of olive growers and millers, she chose to combine her work in the family business with a career as a management and business consultant. Over 25 years ago, she founded Clelia Consulting together with her friend and business partner Maria Cristina Corradini, with whom she has shared an entire professional journey.
She holds a degree in Economics and has a deep curiosity and passion for learning.
In her work, she supports entrepreneurs and managers through paths of innovation, organizational development, and sustainable growth.
At the Frantoio, she applies the same skills and strategic mindset: innovating while respecting tradition, enhancing a product of excellence, and promoting a culture of high-quality extra virgin olive oil.
