"At the beginning of 2024, one of our beloved places captured our attention: the *Enoteca del Frantoio*, the wine shop to which Donatella dedicated her whole self, welcoming customers, friends, tourists, and the curious who were drawn to the many wine 'labels' from our region, local products, and bruschetta with our *Signorolio* that she loved to use to welcome them.
In addition to the many local products and specialties that accompany our extra virgin olive oils in the wine shop, we have kept the most cherished objects and furnishings and added items that tell a bit of our history, such as tasting tables made from the discs of our traditional oil mill presses or small products from local artisans we enjoy collaborating with.
We look forward to seeing you in the Enoteca to explore it together and enjoy some pleasant moments of conviviality.
