Tuscan sheep's milk cheese produced from the pastures of the Val d’Orcia. It is aged for over four months, during which time it is constantly oiled to keep the flavor intact. The taste is sweet but strong. Excellent alone or combined with honey or an onion or fig jam. Shipped already vacuum packed.
