Il Signorolio® represents the essence of our oil, a precious product of our olive groves and the olives contributed by generations of farmers from the surrounding hills. With its characteristic green color and golden reflections, it captivates the senses with intense, fresh, and clean herbaceous notes, enriched by delicate hints of green almond.

On the palate, it stands out for its savoriness and bold character, with a perfect balance between bitterness and spiciness, harmoniously measured. It is the ideal extra virgin olive oil for everyday use, capable of enhancing the flavor of raw dishes or simple meals without ever being overpowering.

Its name is a tribute to Grandpa Alessandro, known to all as "The Lord of Oils."

We always recommend the latest harvest (currently the 2024/25 campaign), but we guarantee a shelf life of 24 months (for the current campaign until 30/11/2026).
