Il Signorolio® represents the essence of our oil, a precious product of our olive groves and the olives sourced from generations of growers in the surrounding hills. With its characteristic green color and golden reflections, it captivates the nose with intense herbaceous notes that are fresh and clean, enriched by delicate hints of green almond.

We always recommend the latest harvest (currently the 2023/24 campaign), but we guarantee a shelf life of 24 months (for the current campaign, until 30/11/2025).
