IL CINQUE MONTI is the CRU of Frantoio Tistarelli. It is an extra virgin olive oil (EVO) obtained from the hand selection of the Moraio and Frantoio cultivars during the INVAIATURA phase, which is the mid-maturation stage when the fruit yields the maximum quality and intensity of flavors.
With a slightly cloudy appearance due to cotton filtration, it has a fresh, fragrant taste and notable structure. It pairs well with dishes where EVOO needs to enhance and play a starring role.
With very low acidity and the parameters of its certificate displayed on the label, it stands as a testament to its excellence.
It is available in 250ml and 500ml bottles.
Packaged in sets of 6 or 12 bottles.
