Il Signorolio® represents the essence of our oil, a precious product of our olive groves and the olives sourced from generations of farmers in the surrounding hills. With its characteristic green color and golden reflections, it captivates the nose with intense, fresh, and clean herbaceous notes, enriched by delicate hints of green almond.

On the palate, it stands out for its sapidity and strong character, perfectly balancing bitterness and spiciness in harmonious proportions. It is the ideal extra virgin olive oil for everyday use, capable of enhancing the flavors of raw dishes or simple meals without ever being overpowering.

Its name pays homage to Grandpa Alessandro, known to all as "The Lord of Oils."

The can is lithographed and available in a 3-liter or 5-liter version.

We STRONGLY recommend transferring the entire contents into glass upon opening.
