Il Signorolio® embodies the essence of our oil, a precious product from our olive groves and the olives contributed by generations of farmers from the surrounding hills. With its characteristic green color accented by golden reflections, it captivates the senses with intense, fresh, and clean herbaceous notes, enriched by delicate hints of green almond.

On the palate, it stands out for its savoriness and bold character, perfectly balancing bitterness and spiciness in harmonious proportions. It is the ideal EVO oil for everyday use, capable of enhancing the flavor of raw dishes or simple meals without ever being overpowering.

Its name is a tribute to Grandpa Alessandro, known to everyone as “The Lord of Oils.”

The tin is lithographed and available in 3-liter or 5-liter versions.

It is STRONGLY recommended to transfer all contents to glass upon opening.
