The SIGNOROLIO® ORGANIC Extra Virgin Olive Oil is obtained from selected olives of Frantoio, Moraiolo, and Leccino cultivars, sourced from olive groves with a high-quality vocation and managed, both in the orchard and in the mill, in compliance with organic regulations. Clear and cotton-filtered, it boasts a typical delicate and traditional flavor.
Its low acidity and extremely low peroxide content make it a top-quality EVOO suitable for drizzling over any dish. The iconic square lantern bottle, made of clear glass with a green filter, is exclusive to Frantoio Tistarelli, designed to protect our Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
We always recommend the latest harvest (currently from the 2024/25 campaign), but we guarantee a shelf life of 24 months (until 30.11.2026 for the current campaign).
