Quartaluna is a wine that has a very intense ruby ​​red color, with notes of red fruits and a spiciness of pink pepper. On the palate, the fruity part is first perceived (blueberries, black cherry, strawberry), consistent with the olfactory one, followed by a spicy note in the center of the mouth while the volume of the wine expands and on the very long finish, a mineral note emerges.

The wine is not filtered before bottling and contains minimal sulphites.
