As of November 25th, 2014 this type of bottle is obligatory in restaurants or public places (except in kitchens or where food is prepared) and guarantees that what is being served corresponds to what is specified on the bottle’s label. Extra virgin olive oil produced from a selection of olive varieties including Correggiolo, Moraiolo, Leccino and Pendolino, all grown in the Sarteano area. This oil is produced in strict compliance with the specifications set by the Tuscan Consortium for Protected Geographical Indication. Sample also tested and approved to be included in "Colline Senesi". Harvest 2023, best before 30/11/2025
