Artisanal pasta is obtained by slowly mixing durum wheat semolina with cold water. Bronze drawing makes the pasta rough and porous. This allows the pasta to absorb the condiments well. The pasta is dried at a low temperature (60° C.). Thanks to this addition, the pasta becomes more nutritious as spinach is a vegetable rich in iron and mineral salts. It is ideal to combine with any condiment (vegetables, meat sauce, paté, mushrooms, tomato and basil!)
