Acacia honey is very light yellow in color, transparent and with a liquid consistency. It has a very low crystallization rate and can remain in the liquid state for a very long time, thanks to its high concentration of fructose.

The taste is obviously sweet, with a slightly bitter aftertaste, almost imperceptible. Aroma and flavor are delicate, of flowers, vanilla and completely characteristic.
