S.Benedetto preserves have all the characteristics of home-made jam because they are still produced with traditional methods, according to the most ancient and simple recipe: fruit, cultivated and processed as soon as harvested is put to cook.

Without added sugar, it does not contain dyes, neither preservatives nor pectin.
